What is Instinctive Drives?

The I.D. Questionnaire reveals a person’s natural and best way of doing things. An individual’s I.D. Result is their personal success code, giving them deep-level insights and practical strategies for enjoying more of life at their peak performance. The I.D. System empowers individuals, leaders and teams to be at their natural best and to get better results faster - with less stress and frustration. It also provides invaluable insight into team and organizational culture.

What's in the Program?

The program includes four half-day, intensive and interactive modules packed with self-reflection, peer discussion, and group coaching. We will focus on real-life application, drawing upon deep-level insights and tailored strategies to work through your specific goals and challenges. In between modules, you will complete three assignments to ensure your learning has an immediate and significant impact on your leadership performance and team results.
